Stephanie Meyer and me
54As a writer I enjoy reading about other writers success. J.K.Rowling was one that I admired taking the odds and putting them to work for her though I dis-like that she's not writing anything new. This woman with a small child would write at coffee shops she saw the whole Harry Potter trilogy in one stance and wrote the !@#$ out of it. That was awesome how may of us (myself included) have been trying to write and just never find the time always make excuses hey I can write a trilogy on excuses. I call myself a procrastinator but yet I do a lot, never enough though. I'll start a story and fall into the pages but if something comes up I am out and the story dies.
Why is that I don't know but Stephanie King say shut up and write when a story haunts you in wants to be told. I feel sometimes the stories that we dream about or invison are real and new to be told no matter how sci-fi or fiction they may seem they are real in their own complex way. When I read stories like Harry Potter and Fallen they make me happy because these are writers that inspire me to keep on trying even if I don't finish today I will get back up tomorrow and write some more. The reason for this hub is STEPHANIE MEYER another of my inspirations.
Do you know she has her desk in the middle of her home and she writes with all the ruckus here is a woman that wrote TWILIGHT with children under five. HELLO if some of you are parents then you know just how complicated that is. A mother with babies living at home as a house mom taking care of her husbands needs and some of us know that those are sometimes more outrageous than the kids. When she wrote no one knew she didn't tell her honey because she didn't want him to freak about the whole vampire thing the only one that new and kept pushing her was her sister. Nice sometimes we need sis's that egg us on, on projects that seem impossible and a five hundred page book that was completed in three months is pretty remarkable if you ask me.
Another goal for Daisy I have been writing I start my new class in a week and I do have three kids and a husband that is a total pain in the ass, but underneath all of those excuses I will write and I will finish my book in three months this is my new goal. By August 12, 2010 my book will be complete and I will add it to my hubs for you all to read and critique. That would mean the world to me to have you all give me advice I am good on taking criticism no matter how great or how bad it is. SO tell all my friends thanks.

Is your book complete? If so CONGRATULATIONS! That is a major hurdle. Now put it away for a month or two and begin something new. After you get a break, reread what you have written and begin to edit it. Editing is 90% of writing, right?! Have fun and again, congratulations.
