New Hub success as a writer

Writing for hub pages is the best thing that I have done.

Everyone wants to make money like the hub pages success stories, you blog, you write, but your hub earnings only go up a few pennies. At first when I saw that I made $.50 cents over night I was ecstatic and if you like I was only bringing in approximately $1.00 maybe $2.00 on some good months then you know what I am talking about.

What to do to bring up your earnings.

First if you don’t have a face book get one, then create a page.

For working from home, my ventures of what I do to work from home the money I have made, success stories of other moms and dads and everything I am excited on writing about. Most of my topics are on writing because that is where my passion is at.

Okay so you have your face book page now make it yours add pictures, videos, add all your posts, but spread them out. I add a few posts each day I don’t want to overwhelm my face book friends. I add my favorite ones first, and then in between I add the slower hubs, or blogger posts. When your hubs are pretty with pictures, and videos it interest your readers, will get to that now. When your page is lovely create an event.

How to create a face-book event. Creating a face book event is usually on the left side of your face book wall page or when they invite you to events check them out and there should be a link saying CREATE your event. Just like any topic keyword tool make your title stand out, you want your event to be clicked ATTENDING. Not everyone will attend but the ones that do give them a thank you like their pages; you are now part of the online family. Give to receive, say thank you, and please.

When you create your event, invite all your friends, send them a special note asking them to like your new face book page. I do giveaways everyone loves free stuff, I give out coffee from Starbucks,I did a KID LOK giveaway, I have given away Olive wood crosses , and I am planning on getting gift cards, everyone loves gift cards.

Now for this event so my likes come back I am adding a few giveaways spread out on different days and I announce them on separate days also, you want your readers to be intrigued, you want their attention, and most importantly you want them to come back.
Advice for new giveaways give away small items that only take a few stamps, my starbucks coffee has cost me almost $20.00 to ship, not fun when you barely make money. Take your time on your giveaways, I did so many that I ended up sending out the goodies super late. You want your readers to receive their winnings ASAP, while they are still excited. Ask if they can take pics with the goodies and post them, this gives you publicity and proof of your work. Another great thing if you haven’t done so do reviews, and use B&B these are companies, authors, people that are selling anything, something, wanting bloggers to review their goods and do giveaways. This is how I received and gave away the most beautiful Olive Wood Crosses (I will add the link on the bottom).

How to construct your blog to capture your audience.

You know in the hubber success stories those hubbers share what they do, how they’ve done it, but no one gives you a step by step guide. What I did was study their format and copied it. I have found that just that little format make a world of a difference. The format I have used for this hub is the most popular format by most of the successful hubbers. If you think about it, it makes perfect sense, if you go to a hub where all the words are jammed together you leave.

You need to write neatly in a captivating format where your audience feels comfortable enough to keep on reading. Then you want to give the best and most informative article to your reader, you want to write what you want to read, if you don’t want to read, then why would anyone else.

In the beginning I used to get critique about my spelling, my mumbling, I do write and put it out there, but the difference with now and then is WORD. Microsoft word is a great way to format and review, then I re-read my work and of course post it. Check back see what others are writing, see if there are any comments, and don’t forget to comment yourself. Which takes us to the next best step?

Comments bring new readers. If you want readers to read your words then you must read others. The grand circle find the topics you love, read, and comment, not only will that hubber say thank you, maybe even follow you; but others will come on by check you out and maybe just maybe LIKE your work.

Twitter: twitter is any marketers BFF; if you don’t have a twitter then you are not hubbing correctly.

How twitter works: twitter works by being a NOW network, everyone is on twitter all the time, people post what they are doing, how they are doing it and when. You do the same, I tweet my hubs daily, now I won’t tweet all 81 hubs daily. What I do is tweet my latest, adding the slowest to bring in some views and now I get comments almost if not every day.

How to get twitter followers: a writer (I can’t remember who) said in order to get followers you must therefore follow and be a thief. This is how it works: You are ex. Daisyf1305 with 20 followers look at your followers be kind follow them back, and check out who’s following them, Steal…

What I do is follow my followers, followers, confused yet.

I have 20 followers I click on the first one a follow her, then I check out who is following her (making sure she is on my topic) I follow all her Followers.

The next day most of the kind followed, follow me back. Now you must clean up this process because if you have less than a 1,000 followers you can only follow 2,000. What I do is stop following the ones that take up most of my twitter and don’t follow me.

Yes it is work BUT it beats red gage and she told me that I don’t know about you haven’t brought too much to my plate.
