Where do you find apartment rentals in Miami Beach? Is living in MIami Beach expensive? Where do I get info about moving to Miami Beach?

Well this past week I found out that now is the time to find good studios right off of Collins which is right in front or behind the beach. Great but how much? I found one for $1000 a month with 5oo dollar deposit. It is fully furnished double beds and all utilities included.

Turns out the rentar guide told me a little too much. I walked in to a rentars place where realtors are ready to take your money she was going to charge me $3oo. just for finding the place and then she expressed how now landlords are desperate to rent out their vacation homes, studios and apartments because tourist season is well over.

Thanks Palina, here is my goal. This WED. I will head over and check out what rentals are being offered. Remember my goal is to get there first and then fork over the approx. $4,ooo I will need for a two bedroom apt off the beach. I want to be as close as possible to south beach due to my blogging and selling my art on Espanola way...

We now know that with approx $1,5oo we can get a studio from August to October time when tourist season is slow and I heard than in novemeber and december it gets even slower. My goal is to be in my own apartment by January... especially that I have two kids a studio is way too cramped.
